X-RAY MACHINES

An X-ray is a common imaging test that's been used for decades. It can help doctors view the inside of patient body's without having to make an incision. This can help them diagnose, monitor, and treat many medical conditions. The machine emits a heavy and concentrated beam of electrons called X-ray photons. The photons travel through air, make contact with the body and its tissues, and produce an image on a metal film. The beam's high-energy rays cannot be absorbed by soft tissues like the skin and organs.

C-ARMS

A mobile C-arm is a medical imaging device that is based on X-ray technology and can be used flexibly in various ORs within a clinic. The name is derived from the C-shaped arm used to connect the X-ray source and X-ray detector to one another.

MOBILE X-RAY UNITS

Mobile x-ray systems are often used to perform chest radiography to patients who cannot be moved to the Radiology department. As such, a mobile x-ray equipment is designed with such unique characteristics to be able to be moved within limited spaces like in between hospital beds in small wards

A bucky system is part of a medical x-ray machine. It is a system that combines a cassette drawer and a stray radiation grid. There are horizontal and vertical bucky systems (table bucky and wall bucky) that are usually installed in a bucky room

The radiographic/x-ray table is the most obvious and recognizable component of the radiographic system. The size, shape, and location of the table controls vary among manufacturers. X-ray tables are classified as tilting or nontilting, having a free-floating or stationary tabletop, and having adjustable or non-adjustable height
